Josh was very quick to respond to my inquiry for home cleaning, and has continued to be very communicative. Josh and Krystal cater to their client's individual needs, and are happy to make any necessary adjustments as time goes on. Since I've always done my own cleaning, I wasn't sure what would benefit me most for them to take over. As cleaning progressed, we worked together and figured out a great plan. Plus, my husband had surgery which meant he couldn't walk for a couple months followed by more months using crutches...and with 2 small children, I had a lot on my plate. “Joshua is both an honest and kind person. I contacted him about cleaning the refrigerator in my new house. I cleaned the whole thing already with vinegar, baking soda and hot water, trying to get the smell of stale smoke out. I was unsuccessful, which is why I contacted several home cleaning places in Louisville. One place quoted me a price, but did not respond when I asked them to come. The other place replied a week after I contacted them, only to tell me that they would not service a house in my part of town. Joshua replied quickly and honestly that he had not dealt with this particular situation before but was willing to give me some free on an approach, since nothing I have found has worked yet. He didn't need to help me out and received no payment for his research on my problem. I will definitely hire them in the future for any cleaning needs!”
